Plus, this one will do a perfect job on the whole tray of ice I use in my breakfast smoothie each morning, even on its lowest “Spin” option - don’t even have to go higher on speed to do a very satisfactory job there (and thus the noise issue is totally sidestepped)! Also - I LOVE LOVE LOVE the big “hole” in the top that allows one to add ingredients through the lid. Blender with our legendary Cuisinart Food Processor.
Came to post about how thrilled I am with this thing – so far I can only report on the blender function (but for sure will give the food processor arrangement a try in the morning, having read of the trouble noted above!) – and I gotta say it’s a fantastic machine!
